Our favourite vinegar maker is “Frank Kaltenthaler“. The family Kaltenthaler have always been making wine and are wine makers at first. Frank started the vinegar production and this has been growing to become a major line of produce from this family. He started from the beginning with the organic certification and in 2010 the efforts were rewarded with the bio/ organic and vegan certificates.
