Description

Ajvar is a robust red pepper relish widely common throughout the Balkans region of south eastern Europe. Ajvar could be considered a sauce like a smooth relish but more tangy and slightly sweet flavour, served mainly with grilled meats and the most common as at side sauce for Ćevapčići sausages.
